The quality of customer service has vastly deteriorated over the past few months. The lead time required for prescriptions to be serviced have recently been extended to 4 days & even when you're notified by email that prescriptions are ready for collection, the typical waiting time to be served is 20 minutes. Boots couldn’t fulfill my prescription for over a month. Called Peak Pharmacy up and they had one item ready immediately and the second for next day collection. No wait, fast and friendly service. I’ve now moved my prescriptions to be sent to Peak instead.
