Wonderful community pub. Sunday roast beef was superb. Lovely staff .Perfectly situated in the middle of walking the Bamford Edge circuit via the Thornhill trail.

Lovely place with a friendly atmosphere. Their Brownie was just bomb???Best brownie I had in a while. Great pitstop before you begin your climb towards the Bamford edge?

We just stopped here by chance for a lunchtime sandwich and coffee. The lady who took our order was very pleasant, just like the Coffee which she brought to our table and then the sandwiches. There was a nice relaxed atmosphere.
