TBH. They are a bit of a joke. It comes across as they don’t know what they are doing most of the time. It’s says a lot when the good Staff jump ship and go elsewhere. Wells it may help if you pay your staff a good wage at the end of each month.

Pleasant surprise Drs gave me no indication of prescription being requested.Called into the pharmacy and plenty of staff very helpful.and prescription was prepared within 10 minutes of entering the pharmacy.
