Evri parcel label printer not working. Has it ever worked? Still listed online as available. Staff/owner don’t seem to care and seem happy for people to waste their time.

I've called in to send parcels with EVRI courier service and each time a member of the staff have found it no problem to enter the details and print me off the address labels. Really good service.
