Went in to drop a Yodel package off and the girl on the till just handed us the terminal and said we had to work it out for ourselves. We got it to work despite there being no instructions, and the text on the screen reading stuff like 'If the customer has entered their email address they will get a confirmation email'... read full comment

Went in for camping gas and the man behind counter was very reluctant to make the effort to sell us some. He just couldnt be bothered. Eventually he got the manager and we were able to purchase some even though he told us it was unavailable. There seemed to be a language barrier but that doesn't excuse poor customer services.

Tonight I got served by a gentleman called Aurn after I’ve been to the pub he was very patient as my card wasn’t working and a lovely man
