Been trying to contact lounge by telephone and Facebook messenger for the past 2 weeks with an enquiry about my planning to visit this Saturday. Lounge has not replied on facebook and phone number cited on Google continually engaged. That one customer they have lost. Really poor customer experience.

I love this place! The management have turned it round and created a fabulous place to eat, drink and be merry. The live music events are always great. The food and it's presentation is lovely. The beef brisket sandwich platter is amazing. The twice cooked chips were incredible!
