My 86 year old dad visited today and the lady serving him was so kind and considerate. We really appreciated the excellent service we received. Well done!

What a refreshing change. Friendly and helpful staff on the doorstep. We've never had bad service in 25 years. Thumbs up to a facility which has stayed open in a town so you don't have to trail into the city centre or waste hours on call and chat lines.
