Why are the opening times on the website totally different to those exhibited on the door? I have wasted time on two occasions this week trying to retrieve a parcel

Useless. Only open for a very narrow window which is useless for those of us who work for a living.Why can't Royal Mail leave parcels somewhere safe or with a neighbour like every other parcel delivery company do?

Genuinely the most useless post office on earth, they're never open when they're supposed to be. I wish my packages didn't come here at all. Once I ordered a new phone that was sent here and one of the staff was a very arrogant man and he said there wasn't anything there - when another staff member looked he found it straight... read full comment
