Pre ordering books doesn’t even secure you the book. If they run out of stock they won’t send it you until there is new stock even if you pre ordered. Waste of time and money

Absolutely disgusting services from a young girl from the store, and in the end told me to shut up, Wanted to speak to manager but apparently no manager in till Monday Handed complaint to head office
