Went to collect a prescription and overheard one of the pharmacists advising an elderly couple. He had such a nice way about him and this is the way I'd hope my own parents to be treated when they get to that stage.

The home delivery driver left the opiodur patches on the door step without any attempt to hide them,this is a controlled drug and should have been returned to the chemist if unable to hand to resident.
