Stayed over Saturday 16th March 2024. Room warm, clean and a very comfortable bed. I have previously stopped at this Travelodge it is ideally situated and was fine, however it has deteriorated significantly, the staff appear to lack the ability to take action and lack any form of empathy. I'm really disappointed,
