Did not listen, or did not understand me. Had ran out of Hearty Italian bread by 12. Had Italian instead, asked for Ham and plain Cheese. Just got Ham. The most boring sandwich ever created.

Stood in a queue waiting to go in, got to the front and woman advised us they had closed the kitchen as so busy. The drive thru was still working and Uber/just eat drivers still walking in. The kids were hungry and gutted they couldn’t have dinner

The staff were so rude. My mum was clearly looking at the menu when a girl working yelled at her saying the queue was round the corner. Why don’t they move the menu to where customers can actual look at it without getting hollered at. When we asked for more cheese she simply said no. No explanation or anything.
