We were met by Reece, who straight away had an attitude,when we arranged to purchase a sofa he was annoyed we didn't want the sofa protection cover (cos he doesn't get as much commission), and he didn't tell us any t&c, we went home and saw online our sofa was buy one get one free, in store. Great experience, Jay who dealt with our purchase was lovely, ensured we had all the information we needed. Didn't drag it out, we knew what we wanted and was in and out with 30 minutes maximum.
