    I just went right now , Saturday at 12:45 pm2 nd March 2024 I went 3 times to pick up the same document The lady at the counter was so rude we have slight mistake and she was not communicating well she didn't tell us how to fix our mistake she was no help .I think it will be a better to hire people who know how to communicate... read full comment

    This was the post office where we were required to come and collect our BRP cards when we first arrived in the UK.I lived in derby just for 4 months and almost everyday I'd walk by this post office, and almost always the queue would extend beyond the main entrance onto the street.Very slow service.
