    An oddly designed shop experience. A weird hybrid between a traditional jewelery and a high volume shop. Queue at the side to get seen but sometimes they'll just talk to the people who walk up to the counter too.     After queuing for 45 minutes to exchange a ring I had reserved I was told they had sold it and they hadnt any more of that size and I had better be quick to find an alternative by the 14th or my returns window would close. The assistant was dreadful, unhelpful and rude. What is the point of being able to reserve an item... read full comment
