Absolutely abhorrent customer service. I can personally say I will never shop with this business. You'd think with such high prices (£32 for a pair of ugly shoes), they'd have good customer service. Staff are pleasant when available to serve. But this store is understaffed. Also click and collect service is not the best. On one occasion my order was given to the wrong person because the staff member did not check the name on the parcel before giving it to the customer. However, NEXT did rectify this by re-ordering... read full comment
