Literally just left, I was in a situation where I was trying to transfer money from an old savings account asap for emergency house repairs, they all tried their hardest to help me and were very friendly the whole time, especially as it was right by end of day, 10/10 would recommend

Had to visit the Derby store to change details on granddaughters bank account and the friendly young lady who dealt with us couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you!
