A lady called Angela in store was so helpful and told me about the app and the perks. She went above and beyond helping myself and partner with ordering his christmas work do things and we can't thank her enough for her time. Such fantastic customer service at the self checkouts!

I am a regular in this shop and everytime I go, one particular security guard makes it his priority to follow me all over the store. Then he stands and stares at me by the self checkout area, sometimes he walks back and forth in front of the checkouts while I'm scanning my shopping.
