Really helpful. Called to check if my prescription was ready as had been messed around all day by my doctors surgery. The lady I spoke to was happy to have a look. Drowning in its own ineffectiveness. The staff are pleasant but over worked by non functional system. Still printing out bits of paper from doctors surgery which takes ages. Then will not give substitute medication when out of stock. That appears to be more and more these days. Ineffective text service says prescription... read full comment

Just moved our prescription requirements to Peak , Derby Road, what a breath of fresh air going there after suffering for over ten years with the pharmacy in Potter St, Melbourne, and now there is a new pharmacist there she is so rude I couldn't suffer it any more. Excellent service so far at Chellaston?
