Only did drive-thru. Unfortunately, they didn't have 2 of the items we ordered ? so quite disappointing really

Fast food?! I could have cooked the chicken myself! Wednesday night, 1 person ahead of us, waiting for 15 minutes after our app order at the window to collect our food. Looked inside, no customers, loads of staff just chatting. Not the first time this has happened. Annoyed this is our local KFC. Will just go to McDonald's... read full comment
