There is a red headed waitress with a waist coat who is very rude. She swore at my friends during our evening meal and I feel it is incredibly inappropriate and rude customer service. The service is absolutely shocking what is the point I was there on business and a lad with ginger curly hair coming round when I was waiting for my dinner and it took a hour and a half this man didn’t even say numbers just gave people food there was a lad that got a burger who didn’t even order a burger this hotels... read full comment
