Went in today.and it was a sad sight.its having a closing down sale and there is lots of empty spaces. I feel so sorry for the staff.they were still happy to help.

There are so many check out tills but only the collection point is opened. Staff are not friendly. It seems some of them are free ish but are not trained to do till or collection.
B and Q is much better. Collection point is prioritised for collection. And staff are much friendlier.

Third in line to be served and waited for 10 minutes hearing the life stories of the sales assistant and the customer as she returned some items.
