The staff were amazing, so friendly & helpful. The room was spacious & clean, the only criticism I have is the coffee cup & spoon in the room where dirty & I found a random curly hair on the tray & I had several issues with my keycard but other than that I couldn't fault the place & will be back next

Rooms: Somebody had obviously been smoking in the room… smelt musty and had to sleep with the window open..

Some time ago I spent a few months here. I'm back for one night and something has changed for the worst. This out of town location is charging you to park! I know of no other hotel on an industrial estate that does so. Worst, you have to queue to pay at a machine. Crazy. Why not include it in the price! I'm a club member... read full comment
