I have ordered food from their several times and it wasn't too bad it was pretty decent. today I received culd meat and cold chips 10 minutes after I've ordered it very disappointed. How difficult is it to serve hot food 10 minutes after you ordered it

Had a lovely time with my brothers at Haroon's this past Friday. The order was taken in a timely manner, and despite the team being busy (with what I assume we're delivery orders) our food came out quickly.
