Superb customer service which is very rare these days. Nothing was too much trouble and the sales assistant even tried ringing other stores to find the ring I wanted in my size. Highly recommend.

I rode into the shop on my disability scooter and was seen immediately by a nice young assistant. I wanted a new battery for my ancient watch (Seiko SQ100 - 1996) and the young lady had it done so fast I was impressed. She was friendly and still found time to chat to me after the job was done. F. Hinds must be a good place...
