The room was fine but could do with some updating. The main lifts were broken but it was okay as service lifts available.

Stayed in this hotel three nights and absolutely loved it. The staff were most helpful, food was spot on and location five star.
I would recommend.

Great hotel in a perfect location - we stayed a week in July and enjoyed it. Staff were great and really helpful, rooms spacious, bed really comfortable. Five minute walk into Mickleover with some nice bars and food. Just needs a lick of paint in places but other than that it was great. We would stay again and no doubt... read full comment
