Awful experience. Was being dealt with by one member of staff who abandoned us with no explanation. Then passed on to another lady. They had no stock and we were disappointed. Disappointing, asked for school shoes which were not very practical for girls. Why are there no full foot covering shoes for girls especially for the winter term so girls feet do not get wet and cold when not fully covered, girls want to play and run and jump but have to wear impractical ballet style pumps.
