The staff always try to be helpful. Despite dwindling supplies on the shelves I can usually get what I went in for. Good accessible location.

My elderly mother went here for some eye drops. The staff were rude, unhelpful and dismissive - snapped at her for queuing the wrong way and then totally belittled her and refused to help her.Went to Sheltonlock pharmacy instead and the staff there were much kinder and helpful.
