RUBBISH .No one at the tills to pay for items,I had the cheek to want to pay at pharmacy till which was met with lots of huffing and puffing from Emma ,it really was a hardship.Take my money elsewhere next time. Its the reason I buy online,it takes a few days but you don't get the attitude

Staff at Kingsway are fantastic. But they are always short staffed. Pharmacist used to go on the till which I think is wrong. They should be concentrating on dispensing. Boots used to be my favourite now not so much.

Twice in a row I have had my prescriptions sent from my GP to the pharmacy, and both times they have sat on the prescription because they didn't have the specific brand name of tablet that was prescribed.
