Racist and disrespectful staffs. They’re happy when you give the money to them and they’re disrespect to you when you won. This place used to be nice and friendly staffs but I think they’re changing the staffs and new staffs have no respect to people.

They do not want customers never say please or thank you, talk to each other whilst your waiting to be served.The best bit is as I bet a minimum of £20 bets EVRYTIME I visit the shop the first thing they say when I go to the counter is we don't have money in the shop if you win it will have to go back onto a bank card,...

Only a few visits, so bare that in mind, but the stench in the shop was overwhelming which stuck in my mind and nostrils. The staff were ok and no issues there, they did their job - treated like just another customer. This store would benefit from a refit.
