Changed to Tupton because my local pharmacy was always very busy. However, one of my items was unavailable and they couldn't source it from anywhere. suggested I go elsewhere or find an alternative. Went back to my busy pharmacy, it was 4.30pm and very quiet. They had my item in stock and if I didn't mind waiting...

Just called into Tupton pharmacy. There were at least 4 staff on duty, not a single customer only myself. Not one member of staff acknowledged the fact I was there in any shape or form. Stood there for several minutes and decided to leave .How very unprofessional and extremely rude.Be ashamed of yourselves, conduct yourselves...
