Shouting in children's faces to leave (yes I appreciate no children after 9pm rule) but for what I would expect to be a professional landlady shouting and swearing at children and swearing infront of children is not acceptable! Edit: was not my daughter /children

Many years since I was last in this place and there for a joint 60th party! Made to feel very welcome by the staff and won't leave it so long next time!
