Shocking. Went early December, not busy. Waited ages for staff to stop arguing and plate up two lunches. Then queued for drinks, then queued to pay. Food expensive and cold. Never again. Went for a festive afternoon tea. Restaurant was busy, shown to our table and served our drinks. When the food arrived the young man swung the three tier cake stand towards the table catching the bottom foot on the table, the top two plates fell to the floor with the cakes, cream, jam and scones. One scone hit my coffee... read full comment
