Horrendous customer service by management, a group of 20 booked in for a meal, we had a complaint that the pudding served contained alcohol in and was given to a recovering alcoholic nowhere on the menu does it state they have alcohol in puddings, they were only concerned when they thought one of the children had had some,... read full comment
