The Cycle Surgeon provided an excellent service to fix by bike whilst I was on holiday last month. I faced the prospect of not having the bike for the duration of the holiday. Awful. He adjusted my brakes during which he damaged my tyre valve, leaving me with a flat tyre. He said he didn’t have a replacement so would be back the following week. He didn’t return. I phoned him and got a pack of lies - he couldn’t come because he had COVID but he would definitely come out the following Monday.... read full comment
