Frequently refuse Evri parcels 'due to lack of storage space' - not sure why they're an Evri drop-off point. Some of the staff make you feel bad for even considering giving them Evri parcels to send.

It has most things you need. Not a great shopping atmosphere. Dejected-looking staff who don't greet you or say hello and goodbye. 2/10 for customer service.
