Shocking customer service, you can tell banks are beginning to care about their customers less and less. Just shut all your branches already and move everything online. That way you can save more money. Rubbish.

It was a good relationship but we once had insurance claim in and we found out that at the time they would send someone unrelated to the bank. In torrential rain we developed a leak on our roof.
