The delivery and order service as gone downhill these last few months , also prescriptions not been processed at there usual speed , what’s go wrong , been using this service for years

Fantastic service. My usual chemist transferred me to this one as I need home deliveries. They process the prescriptions straightaway and either text or ring me to check my availability, delivering to me on the following day.
