Had to visit the Chesterfield branch today, 11. 1. 24. Not impressed with the new design. Counter area looks like a kids play area with a white picket fence. Saw Marilyn today as she was in the mansfield branch due to a power cut in the chesterfield branch I wanted to swap my account to a better one. She was so helpful and kind and discussed everything with me. She sorted my account out and I was so pleased with her being so understanding and nothing was too much trouble!... read full comment

Called in today to withdraw money from an account I only have a book for, I cannot withdraw my money because the book wasn't signed when my parents set it up for me over 30 years ago!!
