Staff very friendly but the opening hours are shocking they change every other day 9.30 till 3.30 and closed Saturday and Sunday at the minute , an absolute nightmare if your business bank with them today I've been unable to collect any change for a busy weekend ahead and drop off a weeks takings due to hours changing once...

Cashed in a cheque at the machine today and a member of staff came over straight away, talked me through everything what to do and had a nice conversation very friendly and helpful thank you.

the branch itself is fine its the telephone service off the call centre after wanting to be put through to buxton after 10 mins waiting the phone was picked up and then put down not happy
