Was in for my parcel. No note put through letter box. Parcel undelivered with excuse of inaccessible. The Royal Mail Automated, "Something for you" missed delivery service is appalling. 35 minutes to fill in redelivery on line and line my doubled checked reference is quote "unknown". So I ring the help line to arrange a redelivery or arrange to collect at Buxton sorting office. The system does not recognise my request.... read full comment
