    Went into ProCook yesterday looking for a gourmet pan set. Found exactly the set I was looking for with a lot of help from a very helpful & pleasant member of staff. A lovely lady with a Cockney accent looked after me and I purchased a real nice set for £79. I will definitely be shopping there again.

    I called the store to ask about returning / exchanging an item I purchased online a couple of weeks ago. The lady I spoke too was extremely helpful and answered all questions I asked.     Excellent service! Needed a particular type of cake tin, looked on the site and they did one. Rang the shop to make sure they had one in stock, and when I said I couldn't get in till following day they put in on one side for me. Saved a twenty mile round trip for nothing.
