Cars on drive and lights on and yet they still walk away. Pathetic service compared to the private couriers now.

Opening hours are a total farce, it's just not possible to get there when you work. Have also had contact saying parcel ready to collect from shawcroft - not helpful when it's not there, and no one can tell me it's actually in dovedale!
