Very poor bank took 300£ in change..to put in my bank ..they said no cus I was not a Lloyd customer..very rude 2 old ladies..poor bank only one star cus they don't do a 0 star

Shockingly bad service. Cash machine was out of order, although they wouldn’t believe me and rudely told me I couldn’t withdraw cash from a cashier, as I wasn’t a Lloyd’s customer. There’s another hole in the wall at the nearby Sainsbury’s and they never provided this as an alternative. People wonder why... read full comment
