Went in to buy replacement battery for my car key fob
Young lad asked year and model of car but when I got home (20 miles away )
I discovered he had sold me the wrong battery !
How can he hand done this especially after looking it up on their computer

Paid for fitting and battery disposal so that I didn't have to go to the tip but after the battery was fitted I was informed that I would have to go to the tip as the branches battery storage was full. You shouldn't offer a service at a branch if the staff are unable to carry it out due to a lack of facilities.

Brought a motorcycle Battery, I asked about the warranty and he went away and came back and told me there is no warranty on motorcycle Batteries ?. Got home went on your website and it clearly states 12 Months Warranty. Maybe they need better training.I nearly put it back.
