Grossly insufficient level of staffing in the pharmacy. Hour long wait to collect is now the normal rather than the exception.

If you’re just popping into buy something it’s fine with relatively quick service and friendly staff. If you’re picking up a prescription on the other hand you might be waiting in a queue for upwards of an hour.
