Worst delivery service ever. Couldn’t find my location apparently but live chat said he was in my location, my building isn’t even difficult to find as it is a pub. Never am I ever choosing Yodel to deliver parcels to me ever again.

Home delivery service was pathetic!!!Even though my address is accurate, updated my delivery instructions (Door lock number with photo of safe place) on Yodel App after first failed delivery attempt.
