staff polite but not good at getting prescription waiting 3 weeks still not got one, do not reply to emails. Not helpful in communication

Several times we have been here because the doctors couldn’t see me or my children, I just want to take my time and say what a fantastic place, regardless of whether they are busy or not- each customer is treated with respect and kindness from all members of staff.
