Went to the McArthur Glen store today to return a frying pan which I had owned for approx 12 months as the surface was all damaged. The lady who served me was very nice, exchanged it with no problem and even gave me some advice so it didn't happen again. Note to all, don't use spray oil on pans ?

The products I have bought from this store, are not the cheapest, but they are top quality. The staff could not be more helpful, and know exactly what they are talking about. I have pans that I bought here years ago, and are still good as new.
