I made a purchase at peacocks in Alfreton and found the person that served me was Very ignorant, never offered to put my purchase in a bag ,and got no thankyou.?

Had to call on a very snowy day, 2 staff at till chatting about ones daughters house problems, kept chatting until items put through till, I wasn't asked if I needed a bag, just told total so I paid. There was no conversing with me on a friendly level, no comments on weather etc, they just kept chatting between themselves... read full comment
